Administrator Guide

User & Role Management
  • Inviting Team Members
    Administrators can invite users via email from the Organisation settings page. Roles: Admin, Manager, Viewer.
  • Permission Levels
    Admin: full access. Manager: can edit. Viewer: read-only. API keys inherit organisation-level permissions.
  • Audit Log
    Every action is recorded in the audit log — filterable by type and exportable to CSV for compliance purposes.
Subscription & Billing
  • Bank Transfer Billing
    Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time via the Subscription settings page.
  • Notification Preferences
    Each user can configure in-app and email notification preferences from their Profile settings.
  • API Keys & Webhooks
    Admins can generate API keys and configure webhook endpoints from the Developer Settings section.

API Reference

MuniGrowth exposes a REST API at /api/v1/. Authenticate using JWT or API Key.

Authentication
POST /api/v1/auth/token/
Obtain JWT access + refresh tokens using email/password.
POST /api/v1/auth/token/refresh/
Refresh an expired access token.
Alternatively, pass Authorization: Api-Key <key> from the Developer Settings page.

Yes. MuniGrowth is designed for municipalities of all sizes. Scope and modules are aligned through a proposal — contact us to match capabilities to your organisation.

MuniGrowth scores each grant against your organisation's profile using five weighted criteria: country (25%), sector (25%), budget (20%), SDG alignment (15%), and timeline (15%). You receive a match score and detailed breakdown for each grant.

Yes. The Exports module lets you generate structured PDF and Excel reports for any project, plan, or grant pipeline. The Audit Log is also exportable as CSV.

MuniGrowth enforces HTTPS everywhere, encrypts data at rest and in transit, provides row-level multi-tenancy isolation, configures CSRF/XSS protections, and maintains a full audit trail of all actions.
